Offering Hope to A Seemingly Hopeless Situation
If you or a family member or someone who you know is in trouble with substance abuse or anger, we can work together to determine what the best course of action to take on behalf of you and that individual who is seeking help.
What is Anger Management?
Anger Self Assessment
Don’t let an unfortunate event ruin your life. If you are convicted for domestic violence, here’s what can happen:
Violence against a spouse, girlfriend or “ex” partner (Penal Code 273.5) is a “wobblers” in California. This means that it can be looked at as either a felony or a misdemeanor.
To handle anger in a healthy, healing way is one of the goals of my practice.
I have developed strategies to channel anger into healthy, productive behavior. The problem with many is that anger, hostility, and aggression are often confused with one another.
One of the biggest difficulties in dealing with those who have problems with chronic, out of control anger is that they completely deny the fact that they have a problem.
Take the test to find out just how well you manage your feelings of anger.
